1. 14-Day Return Window
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our concierge team at hello@noviahome.co.uk.
Important Logistics:

Returns must be sent to our designated international fulfillment centre.

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@noviahome.co.uk so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods or personal care items (beauty products).

Custom or personalized products.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
6. UK & EU Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, customers in the UK and European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method via Stripe within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction.
